Keto meal hack - keto muffins

thought I’d share my newest discovery - easy keto meal prep/batch cook. Made it with the intention of having for multiple breakfasts, and while calculating nutritional value discovered it satisfies my daily macros. So, can be eaten in 3 meals in one day or as individual meals/breakfasts over 3 days. Very filling and visually pleasing

9 Keto muffins (recipe below) ----
3 per serving for a balanced keto meal – 41g fat, 33g protein, 4.58g net carbs, 1.73g fibre
OR
all 9 in one day (3 per meal) you will have satisfied all basic keto diet macros as follows: 125.56g fat, 99.01g protein, 13.74g net carbs, 5.2g fibre)

RECIPE:

5 eggs
5 spoons of thick cream
100g of unsmoked bacon
100g grated cheddar
200g broccoli

Mix and bake at 175C for about 15 min.
