Kind of annoyed. Checked my keto by blood a few days ago for the first time since starting WOE on the 1st and was .4. Today was .1. What gives you think? I had some 90% chocolate within my daily macro. Does this mean I am also not in fat burning mode at all in the past, what, 10 days!?! Small victory I am down 6lbs

I’d say 6 lbs in 10 days is a big victory. 
I don’t know if chocolate is the culprit, but it sounds like you need to tweak your diet. Get some glucose strips and check your BG. Determine how your body normally responds to the food you’re eating and then start adjusting the macros to get it dialed in.

ahhh I do have some Glucose strips. what would I be looking for there? Any idea what time of day is the best to check it? I was checking Ketones at night.i am currently “Macro-ing” at 18carb, 104fat, 84 protein (I use carb manager app)

Establish your baseline by testing first thing in the morning, before every meal and an hour after. If you do this for a week, you’ll know how your body normally responds. Then start adjusting your macros and see how your BG changes. Glucometers have a wide margin of error so don’t make any decisions based on one reading. Run tests several times on different days before drawing any conclusions.
Watch your protein. At some point, your liver will take “extra” protein and make glucose with it. Read: lower ketone numbers. I really only watch protein amount. All my carbs are cheese or broc etc. no reason to really count all those.
Less than 1g per kg of lean body mass. I’m 240 lbs, probably 150 lbm. So I eat less than 70g to keep my blood glucose really low.
There’s some lag, so the day after I eat steak all day my BG will be too high/ketones too low.
