So - I’m at lunch time on a fast day - and i have so much energy it isn’t funny… Only problem is that I’m at work right now and can’t just go for a run or walk due to commitments.
On the plus side I have a standing desk.
On the negative side my co workers are being exposed to my wicked dance moves because I literally cannot be still… Not jittery or anything that feels bad, i just want to run…or in this case dance!
I guess its time to put exercise back into my regime to help with energy spikes, which seem to happen around fasting? Enjoying the high!
