Keto is amazing. for breakfast I had biscuit and gravy and pancakes. 14 total carbs of which 6 were fiber. so that is a net gain of only 8 carbohydrates. Almost unbelievable, that I can eat like this and loose weight. Today I have no guilt. Keep calm and keto on.

Different every time:
- 3 or 4 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup almond flour
I cover a flat grill with a few drops of avocado oil on medium heat. Make as a crepe or small pancake.
Smother in butter after cooked.
No syrup for me.

MMMM Sausage gravy made with HWC and butter. This is my FAVORITE keto food. No biscuits for me, they just get in the way.
