Keto/IF and questions

I have been doing Keto off on and on for a while now. Recently stumbled on IF as well. I m one of the lucky few who doesnt get the keto flue and i get used to this easily so im not hungry that much.
I am about 226 right now, 5’7 and 45. I work at home and went from sitting in an office chair for 8 hours a day to the living room couch the rest of the night till bed time. I got winded just taking the laundry from 1 room to another,seriously a sad situation.
I started back on keto on feb 4th and within 5 days lost 11 lbs right off the bat ( water wieght ) But then i slipped and stayed on bad food for a week.
Last saturday on march 3rd I startd back up but joined a cross fit gym. Im a slightly aggressive person so I love the intense workouts. Which is funny because left on my own at my own gym i dont workout.

Long story short- even though I work out regularly ( i dont over do it) And my carbs range anywhere from zero to 15 in a day I am concerned i havent dropped a single pound, I know it takes time but any time i reboot i can drop 5 or so lbs in a week.

I think i am not eating enough. I am really just not hungry.here is a sample of my meal

Wake at 6 am. Make coffee, 10 oz with a few drops of sweet drops so i dont break my fast.
No breakfast.
I might eat lunch at noon r 1 pm if i am hungry. If i do its 1 med piece of baked chickens seasoned with pepper and salt and cooked in kerrigold butter. and a salad. Just kale and iceberg lettuce with Kens italian dressing.

Dinner is the same.I might add a few cups of broccoli cooked in butter as well. I am not an adventurous eater and so far i am not bored with the food.

No food after 6 pm

I do cross fit 4 days a week and light cardio the other 3. I like to stay moving,Im afraid if i dont I will fall off the wagon again.

Is it possible I am not eating enough? I also drink 5 or 6 (160z) bottled of water a day. I stopped drinking diet coke a week ago.

I need this to be succesful this time around, And i am worried i am going from 1 extreme to another by eating to much or to little,

I also want to note that when
i am not eating for the 18 hours and even longer , i can still have an incredible workout and I am not tired, In fact I have enough energy to come home and maybe clean a little, do dishes, laundry, make dinner for the family,whre before fasting after a workout i come home and sleep.

My goal is to get to 150 lbs and/or to just get leaner and stronger. If i am honest with myself I am trying to lose 27 lbs in 75 days (we have a cruise coming up and thats my first weight loss goal is 27 lbs)

Sounds like you need to eat more fat !

That is my initial thought

Does anyone know if adding MCT or Coconut oil to coffee will break a fast?

I want to eat more to get my fats in but i am just not hungry,and i dont like avocados. I guess I could also make myself eat some bacon and eggs for snack/lunch

Not enough food. Period

W ur 2MAD, it looks like only 1200 calories or so?
Macros…ur probably in the low 60% for fat as well

And ur carbs appear to be higher than than the 0–15 you mentioned ( just looking at a glance ). I may become wrong there
