The way they showed the results with up or down arrows kinda left me puzzled - why are the keto tests the only ones with two arrows up or down? I assumed that means they went up (or down) much more than the other two diets but “just” more or is it twice or three times as much? Probably reading too much into it.

They have a ton of graphs, like this one, which shows a lot better insulin values with the keto diet, and better glucagon/insulin ratio (higher = more fat loss supposedly):

So, the keto folks shifted more toward catabolism, which lead to their losing more weight.
