Just saw this news article that low carb high fat is pretty big in Korea. Can anyone on the forum confirm that? If so…wow!

Over at DietDoctor.com there is a short interview video about Korea. Here is the interesting paragraph describing the video content:
“Dr. June S. Yang is the doctor who brought LCHF to South Korea, by translating Dr. Robert Lustig’s YouTube lecture and Nina Teicholz’ book The Big Fat Surprise. Perhaps it’s not a coincidence that South Korea recently saw soaring sales of butter…”

Yes, it’s been in Korea for a little while now. There’s a Korean guy on Dr. Gerber’s page that said he introduced it 6 years ago. I don’t know whether or not that’s true.

Oh wow, you are right. I found it interesting that Dr June S Yang said that Korea already has a carnivore eating culture in the past…so, these concepts should not be difficult to implement.
