I have been on a ketogenic diet now for almost a month and have lost 6 kgs and feel great. My husband, 2 eldest daughters, my mum and dad and my brother and sister in law are all now on board, starting about a week ago.
My husband and I are attempting our first fast day, starting with a coffee this morning and water all day. we have bone broth if we need it also. We are going to try 24 hours first and see how we feel after that.
For me, I think it is a mental thing - like if you are told not to think about elephants, thats all you think about 
I still havr to cook for the 2 youngest kids, so will be interesting tonight, but I think I can do it. I normally only eat twice a day, sometimes only once, so if I can get over the mental road block, then I will be fine. Im hoping to drop a few more Kgs by the end of the month so might try a few fasts in that time.
