What are some foods, conventionally thought to be keto-friendly, that don’t work for you, impede ketosis/weight-loss/adaption, or spike insulin?

Sometimes people confuse zero calorie for keto friendly. Below is a link to a list of artificial sweeteners with their glycemic index (GI). (Best to avoid these ingredients with a high GI value.)
For me personally:
Dairy ( those oh-so-delicious cheeses)
Nuts/nut butters/nut flour
Sweeteners
I could eat them when I first started just low carb and was coming off the SAD, but now just 8 lbs from goal ( or wherever I stop, or when I’m happy with how I look and feel), I am more sensitive to them, and have to eat more fat ( darn! The hardship!)
It’s very personal and can’t be generalized. For nuts and dairy are the most common, though… many people who tend to have problems with dairy, can tolerate butter very well, however.
Some also have trouble with plant-based stuff. Thus, there is something called the zero-carb approach. But again, the viability of such an approach is a highly subjective matter. For me, I get huge blood sugar spikes if I go on ZC-meat-only (not post-prandial, but the morning thereafter, exacerbating my dawn phenomenon).
I, personally, find that nuts help my with my diet, even if I overeat which is what regularly happens. I notice some weight increases, when I have nuts, but they are temporary because of the fiber and water retention. Two days, everything gets flushed out of the system and my weight has dropped below my original level.
