Keto Food Pyramid

What do you think of this Keto Food Pyramid? I liked it for trying to plan grocery shopping and meals.

Meh. It doesn’t emphasize the fat as a percentage properly I think. I would put dairy and nuts alongside nonstarchy veggies on one layer and use the extra space for healthy fats.

They did add the “key tip” eat more fat. And that is a key concept in Keto.

I think it is pretty good if you consider it by calorie or serving and not by weight since a tablespoon of fat is much more calorie dense than other types of foods. Definitely funny to see next to the old Pyramid with bread and cereal at the bottom!

I don’t see bacon down there among the healthy fats. What gives? :frowning:
