Today marks 4 weeks eating a Keto diet.
I’ve watched my waist shrink by 2 inches, my face is thinning out and my skin is so supple.
I love this!
Still, I noticed the need for a cup of coffee around 1 pm to make it through my work day on Monday. Tuesday I needed it as well. I also noticed that I felt nausea to the point where I thought I was coming down a stomach bug. I came on here and researched peoples symptoms for the Keto flu, increased my pink salt (which I thought was already more than enough) and was at ease.
Yesterday, Wednesday, was more of the same.
This morning I thought I’d weigh myself and see how well my first month Keto has gone.
I’m the same weight as what I started at four weeks ago. A quick look at the calendar showed me that it’s getting close to shark week so I can understand the wonky weight issue: thanks PMS. 
What I’m NOT experiencing is the bloated and other uncomfortable body feelings that PMS usually brings for me.
It’s early in the morning for me so I don’t know if I’ll be needing the early afternoon cup of joe or if the keto flu and PMS combo will have me acting horribly towards others but I’m hopeful I’ll be fine.
Any of you ladies go through this?

Yes! Shark week is here for me and I always notice an increase in my appetite and low energy levels. I have done well and kept my carbs low and just eat until I am satisfied. I don’t weigh until after my period ends because I gain water week during that time of the month.

Excellent idea on NOT weighing until afterwards. I’ll see where I’m at in another week.
