Hi all

I see when reading some of the threads that there are some codes/abbreviations that are mentioned which confuse me.

What are the common ones and what do the mean?

ADF - alternate day fasting
IF - intermittent fasting
EF - extended fasting
WOE - Way of Eating
WOL - Way of Life
KCKO - Keep calm keto on
Tri/HDL triglycerides to HDL ratio

There as many more.
