Keto Croutons!
LOL no it’s really fatty ribeye.
It’s some leftover ribeye (pan seared with garlic salt and some butter)
romaine lettuce
cubed goat cheese
green olives
chopped english cucumber
topped with some blue cheese dressing (ken’s brand) coconut vinegar and avocado oil.
the croutons are purchased, but you can make: mix parm, some garlic powder, onion powder, poppy seeds and sesame seeds (or buy some “everything” seasoning) and bake to make a cheese crisp. (follow normal cheese crisp procedures)
I found a few good crouton subs.

Cubed crispy pork belly. I made homemade bacon and while it was way too salty, it was great cubed up and put on salad.

Deep fried bread cheese. It gets a nice crispy crust and would be fantastic on salad.
I’m lazy and buy the “Whisps” brand from Costco for croutons. Same effect… less work lol
Yeah, i don’t use the whisps specifically, but i do use these all-cheese crispy snacks they sell at the grocery store. I’ve been trying to find the whisps, though. The parm cheese crisps are a great crouton replacement for a caesar salad.
Make 90 sec bread, dice it into crouton size pieces. Brush with garlic butter and place into the oven until they are the crispiness you want.
