Keto Cheese Burger Lunch

Eating my tasty Keto Cheese Burger as I type this note. Nothing fancy, but its everything I like, and makes a great meal for me.

My nose smells it as I prepare it, my eyes savor it as I add swiss cheese topped with grilled onions. Then I top a hunk of crisp lettuce with chopped tomato, and dollop of yellow mustard.

I can’t believe I used to choose a bag of chips and a candy bar chaser for lunch. Now I understand. I used to eat grunge.

No kidding!

Before keto, eating was a chore. I only did it because I had to. I thought there were certain foods I liked, that I considered my “favorite”, but I always felt miserable after eating them.

Now, I truly enjoy eating. I’m not only satisfied physically, but emotionally too.
