So, I’m 4 weeks strict keto Monday. I cheated today despite my best intentions. Easter in Canada is no joke when it comes to sugar and carbs.
My question is, if I cheated and want to deplete glycogen stores can I do that now? 3 hours post eating.
Or do I need to wait and do it fasted tomorrow with some compounds and finish off with 30 mins of steady state cardio?
Want to get back into ketosis asap between exercising to deplete glycogen and water fasting for 24 hours.
