I went off my bacon challenge last night. After a long day at work could not come home and settle for bacon… I ended having a burger with cheese some pecans dipped in butter… a few pecans , nice handful . But so yummy !! Did not weigh in, feel like I carrying around extra water weight…
Not giving up !!

On keto I have sure learned how I used food to regulate my mood…
Bad day= food
Tired= food
Not feeling well = food
Mostly carb filled however I have learned to not reach for chips, cakes and candy to help my mood… all positive…
Any suggestions how to get the last 4 lbs off…
Extended fasts. Anything over 24 hours would be an EF.
IF is Intermittent fasting, so say eating to a 16:8 schedule with 16 hours of fast per day and only eating in an 8 hour window.
Down to 208 but was there yesterday, suprised I had no fluctuation of weight. Oh well 8lbs from onderland!

I am back on it … deep frying my bacon for a difference… I think my Diet Coke May be my problem… I read it can cause a stall … need to let it go !!
I had to let go any type of pop (soda). Found out today my auto immune disease is triggered by higher amounts of caffeine. I can have a cup of coffee but that’s it for me.
Wow … I can’t imagine one cup of coffee…. I use coffee as a pick up now I can’t have Diet Coke …
Stopped coffee yesterday. The Eades say it is stored in your liver as fat.
Years ago, I was having five cups a day. Somehow, it just stopped tasting great. So, before I quit was only having a half a cup a day. Maybe cause I’m using Folger’s. I used to love grinding my own Trader Joe’s beans!
What are you drinking?. Water, tea? Most additives to water have unsweetened sugars in them.
