Into week 2 for me. Around the end of last week, I started feeling something I can only equate to a small buzz. It’s a very weird sense of well being mixed with a slight feeling that that my head might come off of my body. I feel very … hmm…is amped the right word?? I only have one cup of joe in the mornings, so its not a caffeine high. Is this a normal feeling and does this last forever on keto?
