pork chop, scrambled eggs w/ cream cheese and spinach with an avacado. Everything is heavily salted with pink himalayan sea salt. What did you eat for breakfast?

Two slices beef liver in bacon fat, then five scrambled eggs cooked in same bacon fat. I’d post a picture, but alas, it’s all gone!

Leftover deviled eggs from yesterday’s dinner and a keto “pecan pie muffin” along with a big cup of coffee w/HWW was my breakfast this morning. I do love me some deviled eggs. :slight_smile:

Keto coffee. This one has c.o., butter and hwc frothed into it but coffee/black is my best keto breakfast!!

3-egg omelette with cream cheese mixed in with the egg; stuffed with cheese, chopped scallions, fried mushrooms, and chopped bacon or sausage. Very filling.
