This recipe is pretty flexible so feel free to change to suit your tastes!
Melt 2 c mozzerella and 2 T cream cheese, add 1 beaten egg, 1/2 c almond flour, 1/2 c ground hemp hearts, 1 T baking powder, 1 teaspoon xanthum gum, 1 T almond butter or nut butter of your choice, pinch salt and everything bagel seasoning to taste. Mix well by hand.
Press into donut pan so looks bagely. Cook 350 for about 20 mins until browned. You want pretty toasty to get them chewy.
Made about 9 for me. Slice and freeze if you want to store!
