It is from Georgia Ede, one of my favourite experts. Check out her web site, there are lots of useful informations, especially about the dangers of plant food: http://diagnosisdiet.com

Dr Ede is a breath of fresh air in the world of mainstream psychiatry.

Apparently the medical field is more aware of keto practice than they let on. It also seems that plenty of medications rely on people having an unhealthy diet. Are most of our medical costs used to treat food addiction? I’d rather be spending my share of that money on better food than other people’s medical expenses.

What if we made it illegal for food processors to add sugar to their products but people could still buy sugar and add it themselves. Then we put a heafty tax on all forms of sugar. These steps would do no harm to the public’s health. It can’t happen until most people are eating healthy and that will take a while.
