Keto 101

(Carl Keller) #12

My first impression was Keto haiku…

(Empress of the Unexpected) #13

You beat me to it!

(Running from stupidity) #14

I dunno, though. I mean I’ve NEVER eaten Poratoes, and I’m still a fat bastard.

#15

You gotta cycle those poratoes

(Empress of the Unexpected) #16

Ok - haiku is 5 7 5. I think there is an older thread with haiku suggestions.

drink only water

stay under 20 carb grams

walk, fast, lift, rib eye

Yes, very true

Carl…

(Ethan De Freitas) #21

Awww cuh dear. Bless your little heart.
Follow the easy steps
Under 20g of carbs for you

(Mike W.) #22

What is going on in here…

(John) #23

New guy trying to summarize all of keto eating for other new people in a single post. English perhaps not primary language. Seasoned posters reacting in amusement.

(Mike W.) #24

Why is he trying to rewrite the book?

(Running from stupidity) #25

Well, “possibly” new guy. Quite possibly old guy trolling.

(Ethan De Freitas) #26

Just trying to be helpful.
And kinda excited about it too.
I was 240. Now 200. One month. Say it ain’t so…

(Ethan De Freitas) #27

Try walking. It helps. Sweating helps too. Unless you want to be where you’re at. And not take advise from a noob

(John) #28

There you go @juice - all the answers you need, right here in this thread. Heed them well, or you’ll be stuck where you are at.

(Running from stupidity) #29

Oh well, at least I’m 20kg to the good if this is where I’m to be stuck

(John) #30

You problem is all the blood pooling in your head from being upside down all of the time. Come up to the north where we get very little blood flow to our brains. It will all make sense.

(Running from stupidity) #31

I think the pooling effectively stops the flow anyway, so might not really help. And I’d be COLD!
