For 14.99 I’ll just pass on that. Looks like about ones weeks worth. A large jar of coconut oil $16, 1 bar of Kerry gold butter, a small liquid stevia squiter, and my coffee is all set, less than $20, and the coconut oil will last me about two months.

But its a good sign. Another good sign, its getting harder and harder to find HWC at Walmart. Always sold out same day as delivery. :thinking: same thing with Kerry gold butter :thinking: Even cocnut oil sells fast. Something is a foot!

Thanks for keeping us informed. Sam’s, and Costco, or stocking some keto items. This is 3 g at 1 tablespoon, so I’ll pass as well. I did pick up some Vanilla coconut nut creamer at zero carbs. Trying to go dairy free next week.
