Just made this

(Allie) #1

Chopped mushrooms and bacon cooked in butter with added salt and black pepper, and a teaspoon of turmeric. Once the bacon and mushrooms were cooked, I added in some heavy cream and shredded cheese. Cooked a bit longer. Then mixed in the zero carb Fettuccine pasta that I’d had cooking in a different pan and mixed everything together.

It was really good and only took about ten mins to cook too.

(Hyperbole- best thing in the universe!) #2

I’m going to have to try that!

Looked it up on Amazon and it is not available in US. I checked the ingredients to see what it was made of and this is what it said: Organic Konjac flour, Organic OAT fibre

I have no idea what konjac flour is…

Just Googled it and it is: “In order for konjac root to become edible, it’s first dried and then milled into a fine powder. The final product is a dietary fiber called konjac flour, also known as glucomannan powder.”
