Just for some discussion

I randomly googled for science of course !
About do we actually lose fat cells, because I honestly didn’t know. Keto alone has been an amazing experience in learning more about why my body does what it does, if nothing else:)

I actually enjoyed the article, well- most of it.

Its maybe ok, it pretty much ignored insulin which is far more important player than leptin, not discounting leptin just saying they forgot the elephant in the room. Its not a real helpful article for keto per say, as it really just skirts the edge of what is happening.

It was interesting until that last paragraph. Thanks for posting it, though.

I’m not sure how much of it to believe.
If you have time I’d read Good Calories, Bad Calories by Gary Taubs. I’m listening to the audio book now and it is full of the research of how we got to what is taught as fact and why. Also a bunch of good info on low carb diets and the studies done that show they work. I’m loving this book!
