Am I the only one that does this, when I**…**
- slice a hard-boiled egg in half, with the shell still on.
- eat both halves of the yolk from the center of the egg.
- fill each of the egg white halves where the yolk used to be, with 1 tbsp. of coconut oil per halve.
- then, with a teaspoon, scoop out each egg white halve with the coconut oil, and eat.
Calories- 320
Fat- 32.5g
Carbs- 0.5g
Protein- 6g
(Per 50g egg plus 2 tbsp. fat)
I have often wondered if I was the only one that does this exact method, and I would be very surprised if someone else has done it this way.
