Am I the only one that does this, when I**…**

  1. slice a hard-boiled egg in half, with the shell still on.
  2. eat both halves of the yolk from the center of the egg.
  3. fill each of the egg white halves where the yolk used to be, with 1 tbsp. of coconut oil per halve.
  4. then, with a teaspoon, scoop out each egg white halve with the coconut oil, and eat.

Calories- 320
Fat- 32.5g
Carbs- 0.5g
Protein- 6g
(Per 50g egg plus 2 tbsp. fat)

I have often wondered if I was the only one that does this exact method, and I would be very surprised if someone else has done it this way.

Got any odd eating habits that you think “only you do”? :thinking:

Sure, I will play😄

I inside - out eat
Egg- eat the yolk first , then whites
Meats- eat from the center. Like on a pork chop or even a hamburger patty
Just about on all foods pre KETO and KETO

I would eat toast, waffles, pancakes, casseroles, cakes, desserts
All inside - out eat.

Go figure
Maybe it’s my still :heart_eyes: love for donuts :doughnut:
I want all my foods to look like them😂

I would love to see how you cut into a breakfast sausage. Surgical knife maybe?
