My history:
Have been doing IF and ADF for the past 10 weeks.
Started Keto in June 17, 114kg, 251 lbs
After 3.5 months I’m now 90kg, 198 lbs
loss of 24kg, 53 lbs.
The longest I have previously managed to fast was 44 hours and could not make it past 44hrs. A total mental block with not eating. Tried many times.
After reading lots of fasting stories on here I took motivation from other peoples achievements and was determined to do a 5 day fast. At 60 hrs, 2.5 days, I felt weak, dizzy, confused and disorientated but NOT HUNGRY.
I’d drank lots of salt water & potassium salt water etc so had to break the fast as I am working.
Something I noticed is that I could not eat as much food as before I fasted and felt that full feeling that I have not felt in a while after only eating half the plate of food. Think I must be a little bit more sensitive to leptin now.
Will give it a week and try again.
