So here’s my couple of big, fat Tri Tip sandwiches on home baked Keto bread… Pretty simple this week… Just lettuce, white cheddar cheese, and a bunch of olive oil mayo. One for dinner tonight, the other for breakfast, and then a 26-30 hour fast until Monday morning breakfast.

A common sight in the freezer… My GF’s daily staple… Lemon fat bombs. They are really good. I usually eat a couple… And she eats the rest… In one day !
And her Blueberry cobbler she made last night was off the chain… Especially with sweetened whip cream on top

So yea, my GF kills me…
She will eat fat bombs and nuts all day… Then I finish an amazing Sous Vide Tri Tip, or Baby Back Ribs and maybe Baked Brussels with bacon, and she has a few bites… Like a small kids plate… Then an hour later she has a plate (the same size as mine) of Blueberry cobbler or something ! Urgggg !
But how am I going to talk chit… She’s never been fat in her life. About 106 right now (she’s 5’1") While I will always end up obese if I don’t control my eating (if I don’t stay Keto)
