Just a curious Question... 🤪

As a half-Japanese guy, this is easy: sticky white rice.

Yep - that’s me.

I could pass up a mile-long buffet table loaded with pastries, sweets and chocolate and not bat an eye or slow down…

But a table full of potatoes prepared in all the glorious ways they can be stirred up… I would fall on my sword and succumb to my potato weakness!!!

(Cindy) #43

Oh, now that might actually make me change my answer.

(Jenna Burkman) #44

I would have to say rice or corn chips. I loved chips and salsa from the Mexican restaurants…there is no good substitute for chips that truly has that crunch and saltiness. Yum

(Mel) #45

Potatoes all the way

Sugar cookies. The big, soft/chewy kind with large-crystal sugar sprinkled on top. If someone could make those a nutritionally complete food, I could subsist off of nothing but that. Option 2: cake donuts with vanilla frosting.

(Sophie) #47

Have you tried chicharonies? They work really well.

(Jenna Burkman) #48

I haven’t I will look those up and try them. THanks! I am new at this.

Ice cream, homemade ice cream. Every once on a while I just want something yummy, creamy and sweet.

(Allie) #50

Easy to make this keto

(The amazing autoimmune 🦄) #51

I don’t really like the fake sugars.

Red wine.

Would be awesome if red wine put you and kept you in ketosis!

I’m still not sure myself on what I would pick? But most of what’s been mentioned already are all pretty good. - I was never really into Potatoes or Breads, though I did eat some occasionally I could definitely find plenty of uses for them! But I do like the corn ideas too, such as corn Tortilla’s. Because I’ve always liked them, and a lot of other things made with corn, so easily on board. But again, really liking using Cheese Taco Shells as well.
