Ok, I was just wondering about this and asked the wife this question
 who is still thinking about it BTW. :smile:

“If you could snap your fingers & make ONE ITEM completely and utterly Keto-Friendly
 What would it be?”

And no, you can’t use Carbs, Sugar, Starch, etc. :stuck_out_tongue: 
 But it can be an item that contains these things.

 Yep, you can make a lot of things with Potatoes too! :slight_smile: 
 I was never big on Potatoes in general, but I can say I actually miss Fried Potatoes & Fried Eggs. It’s one way I did actually like them. Or Potato Cakes. So I can see them being a good choice!

Edit: Because I haven’t found an adequate substitution for either a bagel or French fries, not even close (in my opinion). And I have really tried. :flushed:

At the beginning of keto, I was missing pizza
 then I was missing fries
 but these didn’t last long (I forgot about these within a week). But you know what I really miss? Oatmeal. With red fruit or cinnanom apple. Before keto I ate oatmeal for breakfast almost every day.

So, if it’s one thing, then it’s oatmeal for me.

I’m seeing a trend for Potatoes or White Bread, which are both quite good! - But Alex, Jelly Beans? Have to say my wife and oldest Pup Shelby, would definitely be there with ya! :smile: 
 Actually we just found these real nice sized Jelly Beans not a couple weeks ago, and the wife said where were these before Keto! (Selby loves them)

it’s the taste hit that gets me, the ones I like are sour variety as well, it’s literally impossible to stop eating them, and within 15 minutes you’ve done 700 calories in pure sugar ! dangerous stuff! (but lovely)

yes, exactly! Haribo Tangfastics, Strawberry Hearts, etc etc. At least with bread, potato and oats, you’re sort of having a proper civilised food meal experience!
