I have found, for me, if there is something I have to have everyday or I cannot stop eating it until it is gone, it should not be in my house. Maybe you will be able to go back to this someday but for now it is triggering you so stay away.
I am able to eat 1 or 2 small squares and forget about it for days or weeks! That is crazytown compared to my past eating experiences. When I was pregnant with my son I had 3 candy bars a day and a pint of ice cream - EVERY SINGLE DAY!
