1 pkg of sugar free strawberry jello mixed into one cup of hot water. Stir in 1/2 cup heavy cream. Chill until set. Makes four servings.
Whipped cream: 1 cup heavy cream whipped with 15 drops liquid stevia and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
Jello with heavy cream
Thanks for this jello tip! Was wondering about sugar-free jello? Every now and then can’t be so bad, can it?
I made it with SF raspberry, but left off the whipped cream on top. I learned to wait until the mixture was a little cooler before adding the HWC. Mine looked like it wanted to curdle. I just kept stirring until it all came back together.
I omit about 1/3rd of the water and blend in cream cheese and make a very thick cheese cake style dessert.
we’ve made a version of this… the store brand sugar free “Jello” is cheap, like 59 cents… makes for a cheap easy snack… we like raspberry, strawberry, and Orange… i’m not huge on sweets, even less so for fake sweeteners, though sometimes this really hits the spot.
It’s really individual. I don’t have any negative issues with it. You’ll have to research and decide if it’s ok for you.
That’s Floyd. He’s famous. He has his own emoji.

It’s cool. It’s an actual tiny photo of Floyd. @richard made it for me
Great idea and yummy with berry fruits. Also have jelly to just about atsetting point and fold into whipped cream until gently blended. Makes a lovely moose
May be off topic, but a friend sent me this the other day. I don’t know enough to debunk it. Heh
thanks for the video. I suppose for the rare occasion that I would have jello…it won’t kill me. I hope.
Good video. I am always suspicious. Was this guy paid by the FDA or aspartame producers? Lol
It makes sense. The information in this video seems sound. I, however, will be keeping my aspartame input to a bare minimum. Even one can of aspartame sweetened soda (or one package of aspartame sweetened jello -ask me how I know heehee) can cause me to get a headache. I have found many more people over the years (since aspartame came on the market) that have the same reaction.
Nothing was mentioned about that, and it gives me pause. Why do I get a headache after consuming? I take it as a negative sign. I would love to do more research on the matter, meantime I’ll keep my aspartame sweetened jello consumption to the rare occasion.
