Thoughts anyone? @richard @carl

Anectdote here:

Once I went zero carb (meat only), all cravings stopped for other things. I have to walk down the cookie aisle and stare at the oreos to feel anything at all, and then I walk away and buy beef.

I could still eat a gallon of ben and jerrys i think, but definitely gets easier to resist over time. I don’t buy the people who say they don’t crave at all from magic keto. Craving and desiring sugar is an evolutionary trait for survival. Choosing bacon over bread is one thing but if you don’t get some level of fruit cravings, that’s weird

Even after years it’s still there. At the store this Morning they had an entire cart of boxes of Captain Crunch marked down. I haven’t had any breakfast cereal for well over a decade, but remembering the taste came right back. Could I have had some? Sure, but it’s not time for recompensation, so why bother? I went home and roasted some fatty beef.
