Easy to make blueberry jam. Great on a Chaffle

I use this recipe, I use a tablespoon of beef geletin instead of knox, I like mine thicker than most people would. I have used raspberries, blueberries and one batch of combined blue and raspberries, I like them all. I used frozen blue berries last time and so far that is my favorite. I did add a big pinch of cinnamon to it. Partially thow the berries, then cook’em in the water, and mash to your preference.
