Jalapeno pepper jack Meatloaf

I play around with smoking BBQ meatloaf a lot. My latest incarnation is a bacon wrapped, apple wood smoked, jalapeno, pepper jack meatloaf. It was fantastic.

That looks amazing! My dad used to do this amazing apple wood smoked pork loin, so I imagine the meatloaf would be da bomb!
