Ivor Cummins Interview

(Jane Reed) #1

Fabulous information in the most recent dude’s podcast (Jan. 29). This is exactly the sort of stuff I like from the dude’s. Who would have thought adipose tissue had such a role in metabolism.

(Keto in Katy) #2

Ivor Cummins is great. I think he is making significant contributions to the LCHF/keto “movement” (for lack of a better word) and the education of many of us on these important nutritional issues.

Go Ivor!

That was hands down the best interview I have heard from the dudes. I have to listen to that one a few more times to really understand it. Thanks for sending me down another research hole.

Ivor did a great job adding his slides into our audio to make a great presentation

(Paul Jaeger ) #6

I really like the “root cause” stuff. He really builds a clear case about the hormonal symphony and how dysregulation gums up the works. I will be curious to see more detailed evidence of how the fat cells are part of the signaling picture and what that means for the future of nutrition.
If the objective of keeping insulin low gains momentum and understanding, perhaps the ketogenic approach will not be so scary to the eat less move more folks.

(David) #7

That is freaking awesome. I was going to listen to this episode again at the computer so I could take notes. I’ll be doing it from this video now.

Ivor rocks!

(David) #8

Didn’t he just? That guy is superb.

(L. Amber O'Hearn) #9

What a great idea!
