Ive been Sleeping alot more

I’ve been sleeping alot more lately, by alot more, i mean I’ve been sleeping alot earlier than I usually do and taking alot more naps during the day. Is anyone else experiencing this? I feel like I’m always sleepy. I’m not tired or weak, just sleepy.

How long have you been keto? If it’s early days then tiredness is normal during adaptation.

Can’t say I experienced that, more so the opposite - complete and total alertness to the point of not being able to switch off.

I agree with @Shortstuff, if it’s early days into your Keto voyage then it’s ok. Listen to your body, if you’re tired, then you’re probably tired.It’s really important not to short change yourself on sleep. Lack of sleep raises insulin levels, and we all know that’s bad. Learning your body’s signals will become clearer the longer you’re eating LCHF. Hungry? Eat. Tired? Sleep. Not Hungry? Don’t eat. Tons of energy? GET STUFF DONE! :joy:
