It's all about the Caloric Deficit

For those that want to have a good understanding of how the Calories In / Calories Out people think, this is an entertaining version of this topic.

Be sure you’ve maintained a proper calorie deficit before reading the article though:

Oh my GAWD. This article is exactly the CICOpathic thinking that ruined me for YEARS!!

He is right about a few things though - the scale was up a few lbs today (Anchor Week, as he calls it), and immediately I blamed myself, started examining what I ate yesterday and the day before, wondering where I need to cut…and then, of course…I took a deep breath and reminded myself to KCKO.

You’ve got to work hard to re-wire the pattern loops you’ve been in for years.

No mention of insulin levels = fail

Just remember. It’s always your fault. You’re not doing math right, you’re not understanding the science, you’re not eating right, you’re not lifting or exercising right.

Bottom line is that it’s always your fault.

I at least know, that there is a lot that I don’t know…

That really is the upshot of the CICO number cruncher mindset. If you fail you’re either stupid or a liar. The method has a 100% success rate if all the stupid liars would stop failing it.

Oh - and clearly HiiT is a terrible idea… WOMP WOMP
Where is @brenda when you need her?

It’s sad that people get paid good money to write awful articles…
