I am visiting my daughter in Seattle… the Ballard area. I was walking to my destination, and guess what I found??? Yup… A sign that said… " Coming soon… CARNIVORE… a restaurant catering to the Paleo and Primal lifestyle!! Just thought that folks might wish to know that there are those out there that can see the value in this type of restaurant!!

For anyone in Australia there is this place in Perth

I do not predict a long life for this trend.

I don’t either, but a boy (or girl) can dream…

Awesome!

A friend and I talked about how awesome it would be to open a restaurant like that together. She lives too far away though :disappointed_relieved:
I need a partner with restaurant knowledge and money in cincinnati! :joy:
I think a Primal/keto food truck would be awesome too!

Hope they begin opening in Los Angeles.

I’ve heard mark sisson is starting to franchise paleo restaurants I think they are called primal kitchens

I think it’s more likely that main stream restaurants will start having low-carb selections, just like right now they have low fat/calorie selections.

I’m regularly in Seattle, so very glad to know about this. Thanks!

I was at a Bourbon bar last night. I ordered Cracklings! They had fresh fried cracklings on the menu! I’ve never seen that before on a menu.

If anyone is in San Francisco there is a restraint and a food truck called Bacon Bacon lots of good keto choices just have to custom order bunless etc.

I hope this catches on!

In Portland, there’s a Paleo food truck called “The Cultured Cave Man” that has a lot of offerings that fit a keto diet. Link: http://culturedcavemanpdx.com/menu/

There’s also a tiny bone broth restaurant/shop called “Broth Bar” that I ADORE. I can’t see it lasting long, but it’s so great.
