I actually really like the taste and want to start incorporating ACV in my keto routine. It looks safe to me
Is this keto friendly?
I’ve had a couple of the other flavors that are higher carb. Still kept to under 20g total carbs so they are Keto to me. But, I realized that I could make it for a lot cheaper. Just a little ACV, water, lemon juice (or lime in this case), and liquid stevia drops.
I got it at Whole Foods. Very sour / tart but I like it. Actually regular apple cider vinegar taste fine to me too. I was afraid I wouldn’t like it because Iv read so many people hate it but it’s not that strong fasting in my opinion. Maybe because I do actually like the taste of vinegar so that’s why it’s not a bother to me.
I picked this one because it was all zeros and had stevia as the sweetener . I actually like it! Definitely will make my own after this
Looks delicious, and also I LOVE your nails! I’m so impressed by people who can maintain long, shaped fake nails. I’m a costume designer, I can barely keep polish on for a day before I’ve scratched it with needles or rubbed it off doing laundry or accidentally dyed it another color.
ACV is touted as the “ Miracle Tonic” w many uses and benefits…skin, stomach, digestion etc
BUT, the ACV did that to ur nails:flushed:?
Stuff is freaking amazing!!
Wow!!
Jk😁
Of course …haha
Very pretty looking btw
Beautiful
Mind me asking what you paid for the Braggs at Whole Foods?
I don’t remember , I was there and just grabbed it. I want to say it was almost $3
I just have AVC with lime juice & , no sweetener. I can drink AVC straight up, but it is bad for the esophagus. So I add some water.
Thank You!
That’s ok
No worries
Going by Whole Foods this week
Just curious
Can always make my own like others say
I like to try lazy KETO beverages and or foods sometimes
