Well a scottish one from Asda which has very little sugar in it, so thats real enough for me !

ah gotcha. I will have to look that up then. One just assumes all will be loaded so good to know that there is the odd one that isn’t. I would happily use my total allowance on the odd day to have good ice cream. What is the brand?

Mackies Ice cream but just checked and 23g of carb per 100g , whoops …

Bugger! and I don’t think 100g goes very far does it where ice cream is concerned? I used to love Mackies

yeah about a tenth of standard tub … still under 50g for the day plus did 2 and half hours cycling
