Is there any quantifiable way to measure my sodium levels at home?

I hate this guessing game with Kentucky windage trying to get my electrolyte levels correct. Any advice other than " go by how you feel"?

It’s worse than not being able to measure it at home. Lab done sodium tests are also of limited value. Unless something goes very wrong, the body tightly regulates sodium level irregardless of sodium intake. One of the body’s ways to regulate sodium level is adjusting fluid retention. Too little sodium results in dehydration and the crappy feeling often referred to as keto flu. Too much sodium may result in too much fluid retention often first seen as swelling of the feet or abdomen.

Low sodium can also lead to bloating so you cannot speak in absolutes.

Also keep in mind our bodies can easily deal with too much sodium. Too little not so much.
