Is there a site/resource that compares Keto staple foods to fruit/veg/grains re: nutrient content?

When I tell ppl I’m on a LCHF diet one of the first things they point out is that I must be missing important nutrients if I’m not loading up on fruit, veg & whole grains. So is there any highlights the nutrient content of Keto staple foods vs a traditional high carb low fat diet to show that I’m not actually missing out?

This is a trick question.

(1) High carb foods have additives in them. Take for example “healthy” whole grain bread. It is fortified with iron and vitamins. Breakfast cereals have tons of vitamins and minerals added to them. Skim milk has vitamin D added. The list is long.

(2) the antioxidant nutrients in fruits and vegetables are required to cancel out the oxidation properties they (and high carb foods) cause in the body to begin with. Remove the oxidative offenders, and the need for antioxidants diminishes

This is a great site: https://cronometer.com/

Tell your friend to input a day’s intake in and you do the same. You’ll be able to see in Technicolor detail which diet covers the bases best.
