Is steak a healthy food?
Oddly enough I don’t really like steak that much. I eat it occasionally and it’s not bad but it’s not something that gets my mouth watering in anticipation. Steak has always been something I could eat half of at a restaurant and ask for a take-home box.
I’ve added it back to my regular consumption as part of the low-carb diet to give me some variety in meats, but it’s still a once or twice a week thing.
I’m fasting I should not have looked at this. Gotta run now need salt and water.
Expensive, but I also thought about how much I do like steak and I’ll maybe only eat it once every couple months. Funny that someone who doesn’t necessarily like it that much has it once or twice a week.
I buy it when I want it, I save enough with fasting, I just want to eat really good stuff when I do eat. I can always find it on sale around here.
I was eating it all the time and loving it, but over the past few months it’s kinda meh to me. I much before ground beef these days.
