Is my daily Cardio inhibiting my Weight Loss

I’m curious has anyone dealt with or had an issue with inhibited weight loss when you do cardio daily or 4-5 times per week? I’ve found that I do better with resistance training but I do like to run as well. Any advice is appreciated, thank you.

If you are exercising you want to be tracking fat loss not weight loss. My experience is exercise of any form, cardio, weight training, etc. is helpful for fat loss so long as you aren’t over doing it. Exercise can stimulate appetite but if you are exercising to a degree that stimulates muscle growth and enhanced performance you increase your base metabolic rate and should experience a net win. If you over do it and don’t allow sufficient time for recovery you may just run yourself down without gain of metabolic rate. Track your performance and experiment with intensity and volume of exercise and periods of rest to fine tune.
