I cheated and ate 3 samosas last week (some coworkers brought it in to celebrate Diwali).
It was awesome! I stuffed it so hard in my face it nearly all came out my nose. Went right back to the usual keto-friendly only foods. I didn’t experience any adverse effects though. I was hungry the next morning but ignored it and had my usual cup of coffee and fasted till meal time again at 4 pm.
Is Ketosis really the switch we think it is?
