Is fasting really necessary?

It’s all internal pressure, for sure. This way of eating is a big detour from my norm… and I’ve done things like whole30. So it’s not the clean eating that’s a change. It’s trusting that all this fat I’m eating isn’t hurting me or preventing me from losing weight. I’ll keep on with the lower net carb counts…I do mostly avoid packaged foods. I don’t have a blood ketone reader, just the strips which show me in ketosis. Perhaps a blood ketone reader is a good idea. And I’ll keep my fingers crossed :crossed_fingers:t3::blush:
