Thinking about downloading some vacation reading. I’ve read both of Dr. Fung’s books, been keto for quite a while now so I don’t need schooling on the basics or more cookbooks. Recommendations?
I haven’t read Jimmy Moore & Dr. Eric Westman’s book “Cholesterol Clarity” yet, is it still current?
Is "Cholesterol Clarity" (2013) still the best layman's book on lipids?
