I have been doing Keto during the week days and non-keto on the weekends. I find managing my diet at work is easier than when i am at home. I also find the stress put on others due to the sudden change in diet is relieved a little on the weekends. Has anybody tried this and what were your experiences.
My experience has been, during the week i feel great and can maintain a very high level of training/conditioning. But come the weekend i start feeling lethargic and feel physical pain.
I find that early in the week my Ketone levels are lowish 0.2-0.5 but by the end of the week they are up at 1.5-2.0 but then come saturday they get smashed back down to almost zero. Not sure if this is healthy or any good to be honest.
