Intermittent Fasting Results

I did a 16/8 today. Ate a meal on the 18th hour. Had smoked salmon (78g), 1 tbsp of capers, 2 deviled eggs and a cup of mixed vegetables and 1 oz of almonds (all in one sitting.) It was soooo good! Three hours later (5:12 pm) and I am still full. As far as daily macros, only consumed 1/2 of proteins, 1/3 of fat and slightly less than 1/2 of calories. Can’t eat another morsel (so much for the mini keto cheesecake I thought I’d have for dessert/snack this evening.) So, my question is – should I eat a light first meal after IF in order to be able to consume more proteins and fat? Or, should I try for 2nd consecutive IF and do better with meal planning - focusing on getting at least 2/3 of my macros?
