Interesting study mentioned during Tim Noakes defense of why he recommended a high fat diet for a weaning infant. Protein is the only macronutrient that when over consumed between 10 months and 2 years, correlates with obesity at 8 years of age, and appestat programming for the remainder of the child’s life.
